One codebase.
Both app stores.
React Native + Expo — iOS and Android from a single codebase, backed by the same Laravel and Next.js APIs that run your website and CRM. PropertyCheck and The Savvy Way shipped exactly this way: app, site and back-office as one coherent platform.
The app — and everything behind it.
Native iOS & Android
One React Native + Expo codebase that feels native on both platforms — gestures, navigation, push notifications, offline states. Half the budget of two native teams.
OTA update velocity
Expo over-the-air updates ship fixes and improvements the same day — no waiting on App Store review for every copy change.
Backend, CRM & web included
The full 360: Laravel APIs, an operations CRM your team runs, and the marketing site — one stack, one engineer, no integration finger-pointing.
Store submission & launch
App Store and Play Store listings, review handling, crash reporting and analytics — through approval and into production.
Why React Native + Expo in 2026.
Half the cost, same feel
Two native teams means double the budget and drift between platforms. One React Native codebase ships both stores in sync — and shares logic with your web app.
Not a compromise
Instagram-class apps run on React Native. With Expo’s tooling in 2026 — native modules, EAS builds, OTA — the old trade-offs are gone.
App + site + CRM
An app is never alone: it needs APIs, an admin, a website. I ship the whole organism — recent proof: PropertyCheck and The Savvy Way.
Receipts, not promises.
PropertyCheck
Website, React Native mobile app and operations CRM — shipped as one coherent platform for the UAE property market.
The Savvy Way
Marketing site, mobile app and back-office CRM — the complete product, one stack, one engineer.
alfii
Lead architect on a large React product — payroll, billing, onboarding. The same engineering discipline goes into every mobile build.
Laravel API backbone
Auth, push, payments, queues — the server side of a mobile app is half the product. It's been my home turf since 2006.
Asked & answered.
Why not native Swift / Kotlin?
For most products, two native codebases double the cost and halve the speed for marginal gain. React Native + Expo delivers native feel from one codebase — and if you ever need a deep native module, Expo supports that too.
Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?
Yes — listings, screenshots, review handling, rejection appeals if needed. Your accounts, my hands, until both stores say approved.
What does “full 360” include?
The mobile app, the marketing website, the Laravel API backend and an operations CRM — designed and built as one platform. PropertyCheck and The Savvy Way are live examples.
How do updates work after launch?
Two lanes: Expo OTA updates push JS-level fixes and content changes the same day; native changes go through normal store review. Most week-to-week iteration never touches the store.
