about

Coding since 2006.
Still obsessed.

I'm Oybek Daniyarov, a UAE-based senior full-stack engineer. Two decades inside agencies, startups and scale-ups taught me one thing: writing code is only half the job. I scope projects, quote them, design the architecture, lead teams and speak your stakeholders' language. Most importantly, I ship finished products, not "almost done".

Today I'm CTO at Karve Digital in Dubai, covering everything from the first client meeting to the launch of complex web and e-commerce projects. And I don't just manage them. I build them myself with Next.js, React, Laravel and modern AI tooling.

The first decade

Agencies & product teams

From hand-coded PHP and jQuery through every framework cycle since. The decade that built the instincts: how projects fail, and how to make sure yours doesn't.

Two stories
that say it all.

speed

Learned Sitecore + C# in two nights. Certified.

A client project needed a certified Sitecore developer. I learned the platform over a weekend, passed the exam, and delivered. New stack is never a blocker — it's a Tuesday.

consistency

Annual Managing Partners Award

Recognised at House of Comms for productivity and delivery across 100+ live websites — the kind of award you only get by shipping, repeatedly, for years.

Enough about me.
