Senior technical leadership.
A fraction of the cost.
For agencies that need white-label senior firepower, and startups that need a CTO before they can afford one. Scoping, architecture, hiring, delivery — the playbook I’ve run at Karve Digital, alfii and House of Comms.
A CTO’s output, on retainer.
For agencies: win more work
Technical proposals, realistic estimates and architecture diagrams that close deals — written by someone who’s sat on the agency side and knows what wins pitches.
White-label delivery
I build under your brand, in your repos, on your calls if needed. Your client sees your agency shipping senior work — full stop.
For startups: technical direction
Stack decisions, architecture, build-vs-buy calls, technical due diligence for investors — the judgment calls that cost the most to get wrong.
Team building & mentoring
Hiring loops, code review culture, standards and boilerplates — I’ve built dev teams from scratch and levelled up existing ones.
Why this beats a full-time hire.
Buyer and builder
I’ve been the agency CTO writing proposals and the engineer delivering them. I know where projects die — and how to keep yours alive.
Self-eliminating by design
My goal is a team and codebase that don’t need me. Documentation, standards, mentoring — I make myself optional, not indispensable.
Instant senior capacity
No six-month executive search, no equity negotiation. Senior leadership active in your projects within the first week.
Receipts, not promises.
CTO at Karve Digital
Running discovery, proposals and delivery for high-stakes web and e-commerce projects — NIO, Geely and more shipped under this model.
Lead Architect at alfii
Led architecture and a squad culture of ownership through a zero-downtime platform migration.
Lead Developer at House of Comms
Built and maintained the agency’s entire delivery operation — and received the Annual Managing Partners Award doing it.
Founder, oybek.dev studio
Ran my own studio end to end: pipeline, hiring, delivery of 20+ sites and platforms.
Asked & answered.
How much of your time do we get?
Retainers are scoped by outcomes, not hours — typically a weekly cadence of proposals, reviews and delivery plus async availability. We agree the shape on the call; I never overbook.
Is the white-label arrangement confidential?
Completely. NDA as standard, your brand on everything, and I never list white-label clients publicly. Your clients see your agency, period.
Can you manage our existing developers?
Yes — mentoring, code review culture and standards are core to the role. Most teams level up fast once a senior bar is visible.
What if we need more hands than yours?
I’ve hired and led teams for years — I can run your hiring loop, bring in vetted contractors for surges, and own quality across all of it.
